We have 20 users used wireless connection on Cisco Meraki AP1. Few days ago, there are 10 – 15 users who have internet connection using AP1 but now have issue on connected to WiFi but don’t have internet connection. Below are the actions that we have taken:
ipconfig release and renew (not working)
set static ip on laptop (not working)
users have to move to other area (other APs) to get internet connection, and then go back to AP1’s area continue working
disconnect and reconnect PoE cable of that AP (can fix for 1 day, issue will occurred again next day)
Anything we can do to fix it?
